Basic Procedure for Recruiting Therapists

1. Requesting company sending  demand letter and requirements
2. Sourcing and advertise seeking for suitable candidates
3. Initial interview for career intentions; assess personalities, previous work experience and training received.
4. Resumes with current photos of candidates passing to requesting company for review and feedback.
5. Candidate sign an Agreement Contract to make themselves available for full time intensive training for a specific duration before employment to overseas post.
6. Requesting company issues an employment contract for each candidate mentioning among these terms:

• Length of contract
• Basic salary
• Accommodation
• Medical/Health insurance
• Uniform
• Food allowance
• Applicable leaves of absence (sick, business, etc.)
• Holiday entitlement
• Air fare (number of trips home)
• Commission if applicable
